EFT is dedicated to making Emotional Freedom Techniques available
to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Therefore, in
addition to standard paid services, Amethyst offers the following
opportunities free of charge:
Tapping is another excellent way to experience Borrowing
Benefits while learning EFT. In these sessions, Betty Jane
Honeycutt, Certified EFT Practitioner, will guide the group
as they tap. Sometimes there will be an announced topic
to be addressed, such as stress reduction; other times the
group will choose what issues to tap on as the session begins.

Reservations can be made by phone or e-mail. (See the Contact
Founder Gary H. Craig videotaped his live workshops for
years. These videos have proven to be excellent learning
tools. As technology changed, he compiled the contents of
those tapes onto DVDs. Amethyst offers the public the opportunity
to view some of these videos at our offices, 208 West Center
Street, Suite A, Lexington, North Carolina. Titles are rotated,
so those who attend repeatedly will see Gary Craig deal
with a variety of issues.
there is an unusual effect in EFT called Borrowing Benefits.
(It is sometimes called "Easy EFT".) While some attendees
may choose to watch the videos simply to gain an understanding
of EFT, it is possible for attendees to experience the
benefits of EFT immediately, while watching. Amethyst
staff will provide the necessary materials and instructions
to help anyone who wants to Borrow Benefits.
